Wiper motor problem...

Replaced my wiper motor with a rebuilt one and when I turn them on they will sweep down some on to the cowl every time. Oddly they will park park in the correct position. Are there any adjustments I can do to correct this, thanks Ed...

Re: Wiper motor problem...

Try moving the connector around a bit, I had to open the contacts up some to get a solid connection

How far up do they park if you adjust them so they only sweep to the bottom of the glass? Mine park about an inch above the edge of the rubber seal.

Mine park about 1 1/2" to 2" above rubber but as soon as I turn them on they go down past the rubber and will keep doing it until I turn them off and go back to park... thanks for your reply, Ed

Double check how the arm is attached to the wiper motor under the cowl vent... Here is the instructions on the orientation.
