67-68 Pov Caps

I have had others give me a Date of these hub caps being 1- 67 & 3- 68 caps. All have the center 5" area with bow tie Concaved but none have said what colors they are to have on them. Here are the only two pics I have.
White rim pic has a red'esh outline circle & same color in bow tie outline.
Black rim pic has a yellow'esh color inside bow tie.

Any help would be Appreciated, thanks

Re: 67-68 Pov Caps

Both appear to be 67 Caps... the 67 is a white cap while with Chevy "orange" ring and Bowtie... The 68 is a silver Cap With a Black ring and Bowtie...

Here are the caps on my '68 CST/CUSTOM CAMPER. They are on the optional 8 1/4" wide wheels. All 4 are the same and to the best of my knowledge they are original.

Re: 67-68 Pov Caps

Here is some thing else that I would like some answers to. The pic below has three questions I would like answered.

TOP section of pic, somebody has told me that 67 & 68 has a different curve to the 5" center area and also has different colors to the caps ring & bow tie areas. One yr. being Convex- curve up & one yr. being Concave- curve downward/sunken inward.

CENTER section of pic shows the Bow Tie itself being Raised up in parts & also Sunken down in parts also showing different yrs of each other.

BOTTOM of pic Bow Tie shows two areas of the bow tie having colors to it. Are there certain colors to certain yrs.

I think I had that one on my 66 short fleet. It also could be on trucks much earlier then 66 down to at least 62's.
