White Letter Tires

I know white letter tires are not for everyone, but I love the look. The letters are 1.25 inch from TireStickers.

Re: White Letter Tires

I put Firestone Destination Raised white Outlined letter tires on my truck, really like the looks of them compared to a plain black tire..

The "stickers" are actually permanent. They are made of thin rubber that is bonded to the tire with an adhesive.

Re: White Letter Tires

I like them! I used to have a set of Eagle ST's on my 73 Chevelle. I kept them sparkling white and ArmorAll'd up!!! Kept that big ole back seat ArmorAll'd up too, so me and ole girl could play slip n slide.

Re: White Letter Tires

I never liked the letters but white walls look great on certain color combo trucks.

Re: White Letter Tires

Whaaaaaaaaat! I thought I had heard of everything by now, but never heard of this before.

I just bought a set of Firestones and was disappointed when they arrived that there were no white letters. I am going to check this out now.

Re: White Letter Tires

My '72 has 295/50/15 Hankook Ventus H-101 RWL tires on it. They look nice (nicer than the rusty truck deserves)

Re: White Letter Tires

I recently bought a 72 Super & it came with Yokohama raised white letters. I took it to the tire store & had them turned around. Maybe I wouldn't have minded so much it said Firestone or BFG etc.

Re: White Letter Tires

I like white letters on vintage cars and trucks because that's what we would have put on them back in the day.
On new stuff I like black walls

Re: White Letter Tires

I like them. They remind me of the old days. They don't work on everything. Kind of like wide whitewalls.

I am a white letter guy. Even on my 2015 GMC truck. Maybe I am old school but always liked the clean white letter look.

Re: White Letter Tires

The smaller solid white letters on the BFG or Coopers are nice. I don't care for the larger ones though.
