Differences in 72 chevy and GMC front fenders?
I just picked up a 72 GMC. It needs either lower front fender patches or complete fenders.I have a set of 69-72 chevy fenders.Will they work on a 72 GMC?What is the differences?

I'm afraid not. 69-72 Chevy fenders are orphans. You need '68 Chevy/68-72 GMC fenders. The front of 69-72 Chevy fenders are shorter at the front and are indented for the grille surround to fit flush. 69-72 GMC fender surrounds just cap over the '68 style fenders. Too bad Chevy didn't do that.

The white fender is 69-72 chevy only. The blue fender is 68 chevy or 68-72 GMC.
