I suggest you unplug the sensor at the steering pump and drive it to eliminate it as a possible cause.

I replaced everything with MOOG aswell.
when i was running 35's i had to adjust tire pressure and the good ol chalk method worked for me...
I disconnected at the pump and have been so happy since!
