Drip Rails?? You mean the Chrome trim that goes on the drip rails?

Cause If you're asking about the actual Drip rails that Should be on your cab, then No, nobody "makes" those.

Yes they do (however, there isn't a front section above the windshield available, just above and behind the doors):

But I've read they don't look or fit like original.

I'm assuming yours have rusted out? It took a while, but I kept watching the forum parts area for someone cutting up a truck and I got a completely clean set off of a colorado truck. It was a little $$ with shipping but worth it.
