71 spindles on 69 A-arms disc upgrade possible?

OK, can I swap a set of 71 C20 spindles/rotors onto my 69 C20drum front end easily? I know the 73-87 stuff can require a change in ball joints, but I am wondering if I can just swap these spindles straight onto my a-arms without changing ball joints or anything else?? I would replace the ball joints while doing the swap I imagine, but would need to know if I would stay with the 69 joint. Also, have a PB booster from a 72 (I think, maybe a 70 or 71), what MC would I need to use? And can I re-use my front brake hoses (just replaced the rubber hoses on this drum front end) or what part #/year model brake hoses would I need when doing the disc swap? Thanks for any help that anyone can provide....

Yes.

No.
Balljoint and outer tie rod change required.

No.

71-72 M/C

Use 71-72 brake hoses. or conversion hoses from companies like Early Classic Enterprises.
Thanks for any help that anyone can provide....
