Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Got my my brackets 2/7/09 and they rock. They are advertised perfectly and make a mean addition to ANY 73-87 Chevy truck. When BIGBLOCK73 offers these to the public, they need to be snapped up. GREAT GREAT GREAT !
Thanks for the extremely FAST shipping.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Thanks for all the positive feedback fellas, glad you like them!

Jleonard, erokgto, 86 silverado short and blakerj10...you are up (PM's sent)! Some of the people in front of you never responded to my PM several days ago...so they are getting passed up.

Everyone else, if the 4 people above pay up, then I am officially out of brackets.

But not to worry, I am making another set the order has been placed.

On the next set, we might do somthing fun, thinking about a contest of sort, for board support...will include a free set of brackets. I will talk with Josh or Liz about it.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Shouldn't be more than a week or so...it all depends on when the shop gets them cut.

Besides, at the rate things are going, you should bu up before you know it on this batch.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Hey Jeff,
Mine arrived Saturday. These are very solid and nicely finished. Thanks a heap! Photos will be coming in the weeks ahead.
If only I could CAD a metal panel for the instrument cluster to replace factory setups and send it to you- then I could sleep easy.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

I havent got the brackets yet, still in the mail, but what years did people mount these in? it seems like my 77s seat belts are different than every other 3 point truck ive seen.

Edit: oops should of looked before i spoke. the 3 77 trucks here all have the same 3 point setup, then my brothers 78 is different, and the 76 only has lapbelts.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Just got my brackets, as soon as i saw the box i was a little pissed.....

Because i had to go to work right when they got there. Just got home and looked them over, they are amazing, a+++. Need a little cleaning and polishing up, but doesnt everything? Cant wait to get these bad boys mounted. A+++ quaility, if anyone is on the boarderline of getting a set, DUIT! Easy guy to make transactions with, gets them shipped asap, and knows what hes talking about if you ever need help. If i ever need another set i hope your still making them lol.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

How about making some for components, like 6 1/2's and tweeters?

I could definately do that on the next batch. To keep it simple, I could just leave the face of the brackets un-cut...and the new owner could cut their own holes to fit their speakers.

The price wouldn't be any cheaper, as I would still be using the same amount of steel...but they would be customizable.

11 SETS REMAINING
