Dash panel lower mount bolts

Interior dash panel. Does anyone know what size or type bolts that mount the lower under dash points to the upper kick panel area? I need to cut the AC vent holes in the non AC dash panel and need to install some lower bolts to prevent movement.

Thanks!

Should be 5/16-18 x 3/4 or 1" long. That would take a 1/2 inch wrench size....
