Rim help

I have a 2000 GMC sierra 1500 1/2t 4x4 i know the bolt pattern and the rims on my truck are 16" i wanna know if i can put a set of 6 bolt 15" rims off a 84 chev there is a tire/rim combo for sale in my area anybody knows if this will work or not

the easiest way to tell would be to go look at your wheels and see how much clearance you have between your brakes and wheels. if the distance between is more than 1/2 an inch then they should work just fine. but my guess is no they wont fit...on my 01 there is less than a 1/2 inch of clearance between the 2. hope this helps

15" rims won't fit, brakes are too big. The bolt pattern is the same though 6 on 5.5"

I stand corrected!
I tried a set of aluminum 15's and they went on, but the caliper was tight to the rim so the wheel wouldn't turn.
