Layin rockers with a 69 longbed

I just bought a 69 longbed that is going under the knife. I would like it to lay rockers. For the back i will be getting a 10in bride step notch with bride, a universal 4 link, and doesch shocks. I am still unsure about the front though. What combination should i use to get it as low as possible. I know i can get 3"drop spindles, but do i need different control arms? What is the easiest way to deal with the clearance problem for the crossmember. I could really use some advice to help me with my project. Any links or info would be greatly appreciated

To lay rockers I think you'll need a body drop.

To lay rocker you need to raise your crossmember 1.25" and I would recommend some Bill Turner control arms. But you wont be able to get ahold of Bill Turner. I have a guy that can make the control arms. I have a set now that were putting on our shoop truck. Also it depends on your tire size what you need to do. You can also go to smaller body mounts to drop the cab down. I'm also doing that. Go look at the crossmember post and you can see the differnece in the control arms and the crossmember drop.
