Is my 69 c10 an A-body?

i got a line on some A-body spindles and such, will they work for me? what is an A-body refering too.?

1968-1972 mid-sized Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Chevelle, Malibu, SS, 300 Deluxe, Chevelle Heavy Chevy, Concours, Greenbrier, Nomad, El Camino, GMC Sprint....they won't work on your truck. Some guys have tried the "A-body coil springs to lower the rear of their trucks. It does not appear to work too well...maybe you will get an inch or two.
