well with my hella H4 conversions, PIAA 60/55w super white bulbs, and head light relay i bet if they get in front of me they will not like it

sooo thats what reverse lights look like on these trucks, mine havnt worked since i got it i just hold on the brake pedal enough and use the brake lights..haha..but i would love to have a set of those in my truck, how did you make them???

i would love to find LED taillights with bulbs as dense as that.

only have 2 vertical rows lit for tail lights, then light them all for the brakes.

Here is an LED setup in the original bulb case that you can plug into the orginal socket. Just like a standard bulb plug and play.

well first i found the brightest LEDs i could on ebay

then took some countertop laminate, trimmed it to size of reverse lights and drilled 26 holes for the leds. i only ended up putting in 24 LEDs. the operating voltage for these are 3.2-3.6 volts. and just a little electrical theroy, if you have equal load wired in series then the voltage is dropped evenly among the loads. so if i need 3.2-3.6 volts at each LED, instead of putting resisters on each one i wired 4 leds in series. 3v each on a 12 volt system but we all know alternaters put out like 14 volts so that is 3.5 volts on each LED. then alot of hot glue to insulate them. i also did LED side markers a month or so ago.

all of those bulbs i have seen in person dont have the candella needed to light up your tail lights or turn signal. my friend sent me this link

Ok I understand the laninate the same shape as the existing fixture with holes drilled in and hot glue gun to hold them in place. But what I dont understandt is how you wire each bulb from only two wire leads from the original bulb metal housing.

LEDs only have two leads, an anaode and a cathode (+ -) the glass part of the bulb was broken out and then i drilled through the bottom of the metal so i could solder the + wire onto the center 'nub' then the - got soldered to the case. then 4 leds got soldered in series +-+-+-+- to devide the voltage by 4 and you now have a complete circuit.
