little history motor came out of a 78-79 c-10 motor had been sitting about 11 years when i got it pulled it down cleaned it up (6 or 7 trips though wash tank) then i bored it to .030 and honed it. i did all this at school we have a full machine shop i even redid the valves with a 3 angle valve job i had to replace 4 exhaust valve and 1 intake i have havre to finish is the top end lifter pushrods and intake is all that left

Well The Motor Is A Stock Motor Witha Bbl Qjet Going On It I Think It Going To Be Fine Thee Way It Is

Don't forget the main caps. Ha! Just kidding. I have a 283 in mine and just picked up a set of 305 HO heads for it. Hoping to wake up the low range.

It Took A Lot Of Cleaning T O Get This One Ready For The Machine Shop It Was Nasty Had Close To 1/2 Inch Of Dirt In Each Cylinder
