I think it would look good, but you would have to get rid of the marker lites in the bumper.

The 67-70 front bumpers don't have lights...I think?

I'm planning on converting to LED's soon. I don't think I would go with these because I tend to keep things stock. I will probably stick with normal halogen headlights, but I would like the added visibility of the LED's. I'll be going with the direct replacement bulbs instead of the big arrays. I'd like to keep the stock lenses. Most LED bulbs can be bought over the counter locally now instead of being ordered online, and they are getting more affordable. I can even convert my dash and dome lights if I want to.

Might look pretty good on a custom truck.... you could eliminate the parking/turn signal lamps.

Re: HEADLIGHT 7" W/ HALOGEN BULB & LED PARK LIGHT/ TURN SIGNAL...what do you think?

My 71 does not have the correct front bumper, Therefore I put small marker lights in the grill til I could afford a new bumper.
At first sight of these lights I thought these might solve my problem, but they cost more than the bumper, LOL

I'm a little confused Red. You keeping it stock or converting to LED? JK

I've got the cheapo version of those now (197 bulbs), and am saving up for the ones you're showing. I think they'd look good on 69+ trucks too.

I like the idea. I love the way the '67-'68 grille looks without the turn signals. Hmmmmmmm....

Thanks Dwane!!! Like I don't have enough crap I need to buy for my truck already....

Re: HEADLIGHT 7" W/ HALOGEN BULB & LED PARK LIGHT/ TURN SIGNAL...what do you think?

Lotsa good comments above. I like em stock, but I do agree they work very well on a 67-68 mild (or wild) custom truck. I don’t see them fitting at all with a 69-70 because the signals are such a major feature in the stock grille - same to be said for a stock 71-72 bumper. However, a mild custom 71-72 that has a 69-70 bumper would be a great candidate for this upgrade. (Or, conversely, a 69-70 that has a 71-72 grille).
Bottom line - i’d never put them on a stock truck, and i’d only consider putting them on a custom that has all other turn signal provisions on the front removed. For me personally though, stock rocks - even on a custom truck underneath the paint.

Fair enough, my question was how to wire them up? I've already got them in the headlight bezels on my pickup. That's why we build these trucks for ourselves, so that we can make them how we like.

Re: HEADLIGHT 7" W/ HALOGEN BULB & LED PARK LIGHT/ TURN SIGNAL...what do you think?

The down side of these are when driving at night it is easy for oncoming traffic to miss your turn signal. After a bunch of close calls my friend has added separate turn signals to his 36 ford street rod. He feels it has helped people see his intentions. He is retired and puts a ton of miles on it every year driving around the country.

I don't think so. They want look right if you ask me not at all. I like mine though!
Mine are not hooked up to the turn signals just the parking lights.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: HEADLIGHT 7" W/ HALOGEN BULB & LED PARK LIGHT/ TURN SIGNAL...what do you think?

I don't think that the turn signals would be visible enough at night - they would be overpowered by the light from the headlights. They have had lights with the turn signals close to the headlights i.e 40 Ford single fixture for decades. It is virtually impossible to see when a turn signal is flashing at night.

Re: HEADLIGHT 7" W/ HALOGEN BULB & LED PARK LIGHT/ TURN SIGNAL...what do you think?

I agree with the 5-3/4 options. I was thinking of going this route when I put a GMC grill back on the truck. Finding parts for the GMC turn signals is rather difficult. I have my old ones but they are in terrible shape.
