FuelCellGuy- Forum Special on Fuel Cell- Till May 31*

For the month of April my custom built 18 gallon fuel cell with sending unit, fill tube (side fill, stake pocket fill, or marker light fill location), and mounting hardware will $425 + shipping (regular price $475 + shipping)

The fuel injection tank would be same as above plus $225 for in-tank fuel pump assembly.

If you need any additional info, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark- The FuelCellGuy

Re: FuelCellGuy- Forum Special on Fuel Cell- Till April 30

Can these be picked up in Mineola? I'd like to have a first hand look at the fill options as well. I know some of the guys here use your cells and I've heard good things but I don't know that I have seen one of them (maybe I have but didn't note that it was one of yours). I did see the one on the web page though.

Re: FuelCellGuy- Forum Special on Fuel Cell- Till April 30

I just recently took a lot of pictures of the whole tank fabrication process. I will be posting those soon.

Dynomutt, yes they can be picked up here. I will be posting pictures of the different fill options soon.

jholley, yes it does.

rob32472, due to the infinate filler location possibilities, I do not supply the neck. However, any local muffler shop can fab up what you need relalivly inexpensively.

Thanks, Mark

Re: FuelCellGuy- Forum Special on Fuel Cell- Till April 30

Could you explain where this tank would be mounted? I visited your website, but didn't see any photos of the exact mounting location. Under-bed spare tire location, perhaps?

Separate question: I have a C20 camper special and would like to keep my stock aux tank location (saddle, behind cab). If I were to make some cardboard templates of my camper/saddle tank and send them to you, would you be able to give me a quote for fabbing an aluminum tank to those dimensions? (I still have the original aux tank, its a bit rusty inside)

OK, here we go with the pictures. These show the tank baffles and end being cut on the CNC plasma.

This shows the material thickness between our and most other tanks on the market. We use .125 wall aluminum, not .080 or .090.

The first picture shows the top of an in-tank fuel pump. The second and third shows a typical installation. Please feel free to post any questions or comments. Thanks, Mark

Do you have a picture of a tank that has a through the bed filler installed on it? Just wondering what type of cap it is and how it looks.
