03 front clip on a 2000 silverado

I want to if you can put the 03-07 chevy front clip on a 99-02 chevy??

Member on GMFS did it with his 2001

Stuck a 06+ front on it

So what all is needed? Is it like going from a 72 to 68 or more involved?

Core support, fenders, grille, hood, headlights/parking lights

Core support may not be need but Im not sure
