Finally redone!!!!

So, my Dad bought this truck new in 1972. It has A/C and all the good stuff. But, it was time to redo it. The paint had faded and I got tired of waxing it every week just to see the paint come off onto the pad. It had an intergrated clear and it sucked! So, we had a small block 350 built. We done a 355 bored .30 over with Vortec heads, nice sixed cam, long tubes, and a 2800 stall.

Here she sat after one of the many waxes...

Work being done...

And her she is now! I got the Coy C5 wheels to go on her as well. We don the 20x10 and 20x8.5.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Finally redone!!!!

Thanks fellas! Yes, it is a Sunroof! My Dad went on a cutting spree in the 70's. Hell, he even cut t-tops into a 75 Grand Prix SJ! But, I recently put a new sunroof in the truck. This one is more modern and it lays flat so it dont look too out of place.

Re: Finally redone!!!!

Thanks again guys! It is lowerd on springs and a 1 inch block in the rear. I think we dont 4 inch drop springs in the rear with a 1 inch block and 2 inch spings in the front. I think that it needs to come down at least another inch.

Re: Finally redone!!!!

Amazing transformation! You have done a superb job of updating it to a clean classic look. Even the new sunroof is a huge step up over the old one. Now apply the same theory to the antenna.

Re: Finally redone!!!!

Hey that is a Nice Truck. It was nice meeting you and your dad at the cruise-in in Florence tonight. I remember that truck in before form. I used to work at Adams Auto Body in Rogersville. I forgot to ask ya'll, is that base/clear paint? Talk to you later..
