Nice pics. That one of the lever lock brings back some memories. I was a fleet mechanic in the 70's and we used them on a lot of trucks.

Re: Medium duty Napco on Ebay

It has been on eBay at least seven weeks that I know of. Just can't see importing rust all the way to California from Maine, even if I did have the money. But it would be a really great truck to have!
BTW: For rust belt savvy owners out there. What does a "thin frame" really mean? Is that considered fixable or a mobile parts collection?

How does a frame get that bad? Bare steel can sit 20 years up here with no rust.

Driving on roads with salt, then not being able to was it off for months. Also, once this truck got parked it would really begin to rust, especially with any trace of salt still in nooks and crannies. The N/E has more moisture than out your way.

A thin frame means just what you'd picture...less metal there than started with. This one should be transferred to another frame. That's how the Napco Power-Pak was intended, move from truck to truck.

That actually isn't a bad deal. I have a 67 C30 dump, this would look great working with my 67. The wheels are turning in my head...
