converting from 1 speed wiper to 2 speed w/washer

Im getting the pieces together to do my conversion. My truck came with a single speed wiper originally. Im converting to a 2 speed w/washer. I have found some documentation on this, but not alot. I have looked at the 63 shop manual, the 60-66 build book and the 63 custom accessory manual, with no definitive answer to my wiring. The books show the install, which is easy enough if you have all the factory parts. What it does not show is a color break down of the wire. The 63 shop manual only show it for a single speed switch. In the electrical section, I have found some referenece, but it appears to be for the Greenbriar. Can anybody help me w/some wire colors? I pulled the washer/pump assembly from a 63, the switch from a forum member out of a 63, and the bottle/bracket are OEM parts from EBAY. Im sure that I have the washer/pump connected correct, but need help with getting it from there to the switch/harness. Here are some pics of what I have. The wires on the left have been cut, with one being solid black and one being black w/white stripe. The two wire on the right are white & pink. Im not the best electrician, but can follow a diagram or good instructions. I'd just like to know that its being connected properly and correct. Any help appreciated. I aslo have a 1 speed w/washer option that I can post pics of if anybody needs them. That unit has a blue/yellow wire combo.

Re: converting from 1 speed wiper to 2 speed w/washer

You've got a good diagram to use. There are some places selling the wiper harness you need new. American Autowire I believe makes one. I also saw a listing in a new Classic Muscle catalog I just got. These would be all new wiring, the correct plugs and no splices. Classic Muscle seems to have alot of the small parts that are hard to find.
Just a thought...

I would prefer a new harness over trying to fix the old one. Thank you for the info on the harness. Ill look into them today.
