how do you take good dusk pics ?

Ive tried this several times right before dark ive seen some of you take AWESOME dusk pics and make them look great ? Mine dont look right ?

It's all in the Camera. Canon SLR.

It was actually almost dark when I took the Mustang pic, but the AV setting on the camera takes care of that.

What kind of camera are you using? If you've got an adjustable aperture, I'd try setting it as far open as the available light will allow. You'll have a shallower depth of field, but that's OK, because you want a picture of the truck and maybe not so much background.

I took this one of my camaro at somernites in somerset ky this is my best one yet ! Please look over the junky car lol
