84 K10 Starter/Alternator Wiring

Help! I think I might of miss labeled my writers when I took out my 350 in my 84 K10...

Can anyone confirm where the 3 red wires need to land? They all connect to one ring lug and one of the 3 wires goes to the alternator plug... Wrote starter large pole on the tag but I'm looking around and don't see a positive cable from the battery to anything... Should this ring lug possible to to the battery and not the starter? Are there only 2 wires to the starter (heavy gauge ground cable from battery and light purple wire in hand to small post on starter)?

Those two go to your starter lug along with your battery cable.

I found my answer. They do go to the large terminal on the starter and the light purple goes to the solenoid. I had some confusion about the positive terminal from the battery... it can happen if your looking for a red cable and it happens to be black lol.

The original routing is in a loom and they follow the alternator leads but then dive down behind the alternator, go under the head and run along the block to the starter.

Thanks for confirming. I'm going to shorten them and run them out of the loom straight to the starter from behind the motor. It should clean things up a bit only having 2 wires across the tip of the motor to the alternator.
