Tip your hand a little and please tell us what bulb to buy and where to get them. I like my factory dash but brighter would be better.

There should be a light in the shift indicator. If you pull the trim piece off there is a light cover and a bulb under it. You won't see it as it is hiding inside.

Do the bulbs for the 60-66 auto column work in the 72 tilt columb? I have a 72 tilt in my truck.

its really as simple as replacing the bulbs nothing special is needed . I changed all 10 bulbs in about 12 minutes.

The place is called Octane Lighting Inc. they're in Canoga Park CA. I went there this morning and picked up a set.

When I did my cluster I painted the inside of the housing white. Also I modified the harness to accept 4 more bulbs. So I have 8 for the back lights and the 3 for the turn signal and bright. I'll download a pic of mine in my truck at night. It's very bright! I like it that way too. They don't dim though
