Frame flexing
OK i was thinkin on this. I know there has to be flexing in the frame on a turn, Just seem they would with there design(well the way i see it). Would it help to frab up something to go from one side of the frame to the other to keep it from flexing inward or to one side. kinda like tower supports. I know it sounds wierd.....

have you looked at your frame? there's these little things in there called crossmembers, that do just what you're looking to do.

i'm pickin up wqhat you're throwin down now. why not just box the frame and be done with it? not real sure what "tower supports" are, but boxing the frame has been done a million times, and it works very well.

Just keep in mind the added weight. Don't go crazy with the "boxing".

I dont think its needed on a street truck. I would worry about it at a drag strip when you get the slicks to bite and that drive line torque starts looking for another to way to release its energy. I would think thats about the only time you might tweak the frame enough to damage it.

Yea... it's called a full roll cage, that'll stiffin it up. It'd be easier than boxing the frame...and you'd have a roll cage.

if you wanna stiffen the front end while truning look into the 3 gen camaros. you can get this thing called a wonder bar/ steering brace. it will be too small for trucks i belie but you can get measurements and make one of your own for fairly cheap. i can get a picture of one if it will help
