2014-2018 will bolt right up. Make sure you get all the brackets.
My son just put a 2019 bumper on his 2001 1500 and had to notch the bed as the 2019 steps are deeper and bigger than 2014-2018. Also he has a quadrasteer bed and they are a little wider in the bumper area, so some trimming to the bumper was required. He went with 2019 because everybody here in Vegas had the 2014-2018 step bumpers on their 1999-2006 Silverados and he wanted to be different.
