Heater Core
Where are you guys getting your non AC replacement heater cores from? Any brands to stay away from?

For me on a ‘70 c10
The aluminum spectrum did fit brackets wouldn’t fit over the core. Found an nos on eBay. Reasonable price RRM

I bought a copper/brass non-AC core from npdlink.com and it fit perfectly.

I got one from summit racing. copper like the original. P# OER-3015169 $90 bucks. i haven't installed yet. hope its worth the extra $ over aluminum that everyone seems to have issues with them not fitting.

Got mine 10years or so ago from Wes at Classic Heartbeat here on the board.
Copper and brass, fit well, still good. Came with good guidance too.

Yes, I bought the A/C version heater core from NPD. I have not yet installed it. It looks pretty good.
