Tripod Mirror washer order?

Got one of those after market tripod mirrors for the doors. Came with a many washers including a couple of nylon ones. No instructions. I'm guessing the nylon washers are sandwiched under the elbow (bolts on from bottom) somewhere on top of the tripods. Does anyone know the correct order and number of washers?

I don't have mirrors like those, so I'm only guessing. But I think the Nylon washers are for use in a spot where you want to be able to pivot the mirror without using a wrench.

Re: Tripod Mirror washer order?

I would guess the nylon washers go in the same place as the fiber washers on the stock type mirrors and the hard washers go under the nuts. Nylon goes against the mirror flange and against the mirror mount brackets. Fiber washers are present in all those locations on stock type mirrors. A total of eight fiber washers for both mirrors
