Well the next step was to get the steering column mated to the RoadMaster box.

I notice the auto shifter was seized. Obviously, this is a problem. So yesterday I yanked the column, and did a complete disassembly, blast, and lube...

Tonight I will paint the housing, and reassemble....

Even thought the internal shaft is never seen, it still deserves a blast and coat of paint ... raw steel is how the factory did it.

Up until now, this build has been pretty inexpensive .... Recycling, and using left over parts from customer builds. I did need to purchase some u-joints, carrier, and some double-d shaft .... YIKES !! $$$
