Re: LockDoc's "Low Budget", "Low Maintenance" Project Thread

Here is a summary of the components I used for the build. I had 90% of the parts left over from other builds.

1972 GMC 3/4 ton frame
1971 cab and title
Stock gas tank with modified 2003 electric fuel pump in tank
1977 Chevy C30 front spindles, hubs/rotors, and calipers
2001 Chevy Van Hydroboost assembly
1967 Cab and Chassis HO72 rear axle assembly
1972 GMC 3/4 ton rear springs with rear spring hangers narrowed 2"
1967 complete front clip
2003 Chevy 8.1, 496ci engine and Allison 1000 automatic overdrive transmission
2003 8.1 complete original wire loom, modified by me

I really enjoyed building this truck and it is something I have wanted to do for many years.

I want to thank everyone for following along on this sometimes boring journey. I will post updates when I complete some of the leftover tasks like the rear wheel tubs, auxiliary small bed mounted gas tank, and any modifications I may decide to do.
