It would be inside on top of the heater box. 2 - 1/4" or 5/16" hex head screws. Remove it and handle it carefully they can be kind of fragile... When removing the plug in connector pry underneath the plug with a small screwdriver instead of trying to pull it off. See if one of the coils has a break in it.
