I thought that the "Apache" designation was only used until 1961. You're front end is from a 61 while your cab is later model. I would think that someone either swapped fron tsheet metal on a later model truck or swapped a later model cab into a 61. It should be pretty easy tot ell from the frame style and/or the vin number.

Either way it is a sweet truck!
