Just my unsolicited opinion, but I don't like the flexi hose for the turbo outlet to the intercooler is a good idea. Since you're planning on cranking up the boost, your turbo outlet temperature could end up very close to the 230°C limit of that hose, but you may also get extra heat transfer from the engine bay to the air in the hose. I guess my point is, do you want to take the risk of melting the hose and feeding dirty air into the engine? I think solid plumbing would not only work better, but would be safer and perform better. Just one opinion.
Thanks. I am wondering about that happening. I'm not going to run solid right now there are a lot of bends to get where it has to go, I think it would be all cuplers. I cant weld aluminum. I'll see what temps I get with my inferred gun. I found some flex silicone hose, but really expensive. So I guess this is just for now.
