Dose anybody know if

79 parts will bolt up to a 75.. I know all the chaissis parts will but I am just not sure about the body parts. The bed should be no problem.

they will the body style didnt change until 81, so you could use 73 - 80 body parts

Yeah there were a few differences, but nothing that would keep it from bolting right up.

Yep. They can bolt up. 79 does have a different front clip arrangement, as the chrome headlight bezels also surround the turn signals and run along the lower portion of the front valance. The grill may be different, if you have a 73-74 style grille they will not interchange unless you use the other mounts and the center core support bracket, as the 73-74 grille is recessed into the core support deeper. 75 might have amber turn signal lenses also, but that is a quick swap if looking for originality. Other than those main things, should bolt on without any other differences.

If you are changing beds the fuel necks mount different and the grill area is deeper 73-76 some hood latch differences just minor stuff but nice to know

I knew most of it was interchangable just not how much. Thanks guys.. Looks like it will have to be towed to the scrap yard. Letting that 3.73 posi rear go is hard.
