1997/1999 Tahoe Wiring Harness
This is an extremely niche question, but can anyone tell me if there is any demonstrable difference between the wiring harnesses for these years? The 1997 harness in my Tahoe has been hacked to death, and a 1999 Tahoe parts vehicle has just been given to me for free.
The only difference that I can see between the two trucks is my 97 has a 4wd lever on the floor, while the 99 has push-button on the dash.

I rewired my '99 to use a '96 computer. Yes they are very different. '96-'97 are close to the same and '98-'99 are close to the same.

Rats. I would buy an aftermarket kit but it looks like Painless and AAW have not gotten around to the late nineties, yet. Guess I need to find a clean 97 at the junkyard.
