Re: My Experience with Bench Seat Upholstery Installation

We attempted to tackle this project this weekend but didn't get very far. I was expecting the covers to have the wire rope around the edges and use the hog rings to attach to the frame, but the cover attaches with the clips that you used on the bottom. The bottom cover has built-in pleats and leaves a void at the center so we're going to stuff some foam in there to fill it.

What did you use to attach the back cover to the frame? Hog rings or clips? If you used hog rings, did your cover have the wire rope around the edge?

Where did you get the clips for the bottom? I've found them a couple places online but might try find them locally.
