Continued........
1st Photo.... I used a big c-clamp to align the cross-member with the frame. There are 3 layers of steel at this point (coil-spring plate, frame, inner cross-membet support). I cleaned-up the 2 outer holes, where the rivets used to be, and made sure supplied hardware dropped in without issue. 2nd Photo... This is rear of the cut, and is supposed to show the 2 drilled-out rivet from the track-bar mount, but my photo skills were lacking at the time. Same thing... make sure hardware fits cleanly 3rd Photo.... I mounted the plate to the bottom of the frame, prior drilling the 4 holes on the side of the frame. |
