Considering you live in NC and the fact that this is a large cab, freight shipping would probably be our only option. Freight to NC from CA on an item this large will probably run $650 - $950 and that on a cheap scale. If you know of any shipping companies you might see what they say...

I would be happy to load the cab and help get it prepare for you to ship. Just let me know what I can do to help....

I know this post is a little older, but I am looking for the brackets that go from the bench seat brackets to the crew-cab location.

I threw my old rear seat out assuming that they were the same as a standard cab truck seat, but when I went to put my re-covered bench seat in the rear of the cab, the rear brackets don't match up.
In the crew, the rear of the brackets mount to the top of the "shelf" in the back of the cab but the brackets on my bench seat want to mount to the floor below the shelf.

This is an '87 truck if that makes a difference.
