67sss, mine look to be a different color red unless it is just the pic. I will post a pic of mine so we can compare.

Sun visors came in two colors of "red". One is the very "red" and the other color is really a Burgandy. The burgandy ones are a lot harder to come by as I believe they were only one or two years---68/69?
I have several sets of real nice RED visors and only one burgandy visor. Sets are available for $40. + ship.

Huck, it sounds like burgandy is what I am looking for. Do you have a set of burgandys or just one visor?

I also updated the my original post to the correct color.
