It's like you're reading my mind!! Ha. But that is actually a great data point - this truck's blue sticker is 5/71 (with a build date of 5/28/71) - so maybe it doesn't matter or perhaps the blue sticker is indeed printed at the same time as the bs.

Btw, the data for that build sheet is already in the chart, it was the very first one I entered in the other thread and is present in post 2 of this one.
