C30 9' stepside bed

Does anybody ever run into one of these anymore? I remember seeing quite a few in service when I was a kid, but can't seem to find one anymore hiding in the weeds. Around here due to the price of scrap the last few years, everything has been hauled off. I'll keep driving by the old homesteads and hope to find one left.

Re: C30 9' stepside bed

My name Dixie, Im a 1967 8 lug lb step side. 4 wheel disk 4.8 dbw vortec
I was known as the "DiXie JunKie" but now I'm clean really clean. So DiXie for short.
50 is coming quick and i just got out of rehab, I just could not get away from GM
seems like every part I have is from some backwoods junkyard\salvage yard recycler.
But one thing is I am BORN again and don't feel my age. Looks are one thing but momma always said it's whats on the inside that counts... So look out 5 and 6 lugs this modern girl has NuTS! Hey in this country you can do what you want. Girls have nuts nowdays...
Like it or not! C20 67 lb step 785 made.

All you need to do is lay on your side or stand on your head when you take the pics...
