4l60E/4L80E Transmission
Guys, can you clear something up for me. I have successfully completed two 99-02 LS1 conversions where I purchased the entire setup(motor, tranny, harness and pcm). Here is my question, I was given a low mileage 4L80E and I am about to purchase a 2001 6.0. If I purchase a harness that was on a 4.8 or 5.3 with a 4l60E, how difficult will it be to make the harness capadible wth the 4L80e.

Re: 4l60E/4L80E Transmission
I think the only differences would be in the tune, if that much.

Re: 4l60E/4L80E Transmission
Swap a couple wires and add the wires for the second VSS (actually the ISS) then get the tune changed.
