You're right! Very cool picture. They came back, they burned the Capitol, and although far outnumbered, we sent them back home with their tails between their legs, again

Happy 4th.We went to wet and dry parade in Florence "always fun" Having BBQ at my Daughters in Canon City this afternoon(YUM) and watching County Airport Fireworks show from my front porch (perfect view)Airport is right at the end of the rainbow in that last picture.

We celebrated the 4th by grilling up some nice Ribeye's and picking up all the stuff that fell down because there was an earthquake.

Here in Frederick, MD we have the Barbara Fritchie Classic, America's oldest continuously run motorcycle race. It is ALWAYS run on the 4th of July. They don't play that shift it around to accommodate gov't workers 3 day holiday benefit. It's a truly All-American event that sticks to it's guns with honoring on the exact day... no lost meaning. You want to see the race when it's in the middle of the week, give up a day of personal leave or sacrifice a day's pay. Then in Baker Park are the fireworks
