Thats the place! Go there & buy something & not pay him. See how HE likes it. Looks like hes been burning more people than just me on ebay. It will be the last time I bid on something without doing my homework first. Nothing I try works with this guy & it seems like he is trying to make it out like its my fault. ebay will pay me back a whole $1 for my loss. Im gonna go stand outside & have a smoke cuz Im getting pissed all over again...corn(wags510 is my wifes ebay name)

Mark "Conn"

I have known Mark for years and he has always been a PITA, he runs around at alot of the swap meets around here (in the South western states) and he likes to take deposits on stuff and never return.

He is so loved that the owner of the company that makes most of the truck parts won't sell to him any longer and will "Cut Off" any dealer found re-selling parts to "Airhead/Arrowhead". When I talked to him at the SEMA show I asked him about Mark because he is still selling his parts, so he immediatly got on his cell phone and talked to his people to review the sales records and put a list of suspect dealers that might be selling to him - they realy hate him.

He also likes to go around telling everyone that he is the manufacturer of all the parts and owns the plant in Taiwan (which is funny because Taiwan won't sell property to foriegners(sp)).

Here is a picture in our shop that we made of him - I think it portrays our love for him.

Edit - here is his toll free number 1800 821-9291
and his fax number 623 412-9282

LOL!!! That picture is almost worth the money I lost. I reported him to ebay & was notified yesterday that he may be kicked off of ebay or at least suspended for a while because of his actions. I met a gal through email that got burned by him on a pickup bumper & I told her about this site, she said she signed up here & I sure hope she sees this. I sure can pick 'em cant I? Thanks for the ammo...corn

Hey Cornfed63, Here I Am, And Loved What You Guys Had To Say About Marks Parts, By The Way Its All True About Him. I Got E-bay After Him And I Did Get My Bumper Along With A Neg. Feed Back From Mr. Conn, And A Few Nasty E-mails, Which Got Him A Few Nast Ones Right Back. In His Opinion I Am The Bad Person..lol We All Know Who The Bad Guy Is... I Encourage Any One That Considers Doing Bussiness With This Guy To Dont Do It!!! I Plan To Watch His Feedback And Write To E-bay Everytime He Messes Up Until They Get Rid Of Him.....ps. The Picture Is Super.. I Loved It..lmao

Well I have good news.
I went there after work and spoke with a guy who referred me to another guy (Josh). Tried to find tracking number and couldnt do it. So we went back to the first guy. Then went into the filing cabinet and checked all the October orders. They couldnt find your order in the shipped folders so I had them give me the mirrors. I have them here on my desk. The downside to this whole thing is it sounds like you are out the $8.00 shipping. I can send them out UPS on Monday to the address you gave me in the PM.

They did remember you and the whole situation. They claim that they tried sending you emails through ebay but your email was no longer valid. Josh told me that they only send emails through ebay and never directly, to avoid problems. Mark was no where to be found. And there was not one Chevy vehicle anywhere near the place other then my truck in the parking lot. They were nice to me and didnt give me any trouble.

Ill send you a PM too.

That is AWESOME! I will gladly send you money for freight. The funniest part of all of this is I only ever got one email from them & it was TO my email address(you know, the one that doesnt work) & from their STORE address(you know, the one they refuse to use) not their ebay account! Another complete lie. Thank you for this. PM me your mailing address, I am leaving town tonight (inlaws T-day) but will get $$$ in the mail for you just as soon as I can. Thanks again. I owe you big time. AINT THIS BOARD GREAT...corn

Behold, the power of "The Board"
Eddie, AKA phoenix, that was too cool what you did for cornfed. I don't know anywhere else where you could find someone to go out of their way for someone they have never met.

I had one horrible deal 2 years ago and never again!. Pretty sure they sell under several names on ebay. (truckpartsaz, draluminum, and arrowheadtruckparts I think). It took forever to get my order.

Re: Arrowhead Truck Parts / marks_parts on ebay

Not too long ago I bought an item on ebay from them. It was tailgate moldings and they shipped them in empty christmas wrap tubes that were taped together. Needless to say, the moldings were all damaged. I contacted UPS and set up a claim, which they then told me it was up to the seller to cover me. Anyways, I contacted them and they seemed very sorry, but then drug it out for a long time and stopped answering my emails. Last I had heard was that they were out of stock and didn't know when they'd get more. My time limit was running out for Buyer Protection for paypal, then I saw that they were selling the exact set on ebay. So, I opened a paypal dispute, then claim...I eventually got my money back after 2 & 1/2 months. So, be careful...
