I PM'd Tony about needing a new faceplate for my ART AirPod Controller.
Tony replied very quickly and sent a couple emails to get me taken care of. Great response and customer service by AirRide Technologies.

Have to agree with you lolife99 - I had a couple of questions on the parts for my system I recently ordered and Tony responded quickly and made it happen. The parts are so much better live than in pictures!
