Car show in Placerville Ca.

Our once a year car show here in Placerville, seems like the trucks came out in force this year.

Park wood- Thanks for posting these.

I haven't been to Placerville in a couple summers. I don't suppose the was in the Old Town area in front of the 1800's hardware store, was it?

Yes Dan in was on Main street from Mel's up to the court house.. And the old hardware store is still up and running, if you need it they got it.. You may have been in the Hangman tree bar at one time...

That's pretty neat, I have seen some of those trucks at cruse nites in Auburn.

Yup, I've been there but you' better explain why the town's bar has that name and an effigy hanging out front or they're going to think the town is dangerous!

That's a nice batch of trucks. The turquoise 54 with the white top is just like the truck I learned to drive in.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

The pictures of the '54 can't show how clean that truck was.. All stock and so much better than when it was new..

No 65 galaxie 2 door hardtop? The guy that runs/ran the impound several years ago stole mine from ne. Impounded it and did and illegal lien sale to his son. What a coincidence!!
