Re: Spy Ballon

Just reported there is currently a 2nd 'hinese balloon over Latin America. They said this is nothing new. Afraid to shoot it down as it is reportedly as large as 3 school busses and couldn't choose where it landed. Considering the current tensions between 'hina and the US, maybe they need to have a chopper go up there and hook onto it and drag it out to sea and shoot the chit down there! Or maybe just 'redirect it'.

Just paint it with a high-powered radar. Receivers will be done- quick-fried to a crackly crunch.

Re: Spy Ballon

They say it's at 60000 feet. Too high for most jets. As said above get a Awacs plane close and fry it with a couple million gigawatts of signal.

There's some truth to that, too, The Chinese, as quiet owners, were going to build a corn-milling plant 12 miles from Grand Forks AFB (home of the 319th Reconnaissance Wing). "Oh, we're not going to spy on you!". Once the city got wind of the Chinese as owners, construction got shut down. We in the US are going to give the show away by allowing greed to direct our lives. An "American company" was running the ball for that construction.

Yes! I have a thingy on my kitchen faucet that infiltrates the water.

The Chinese are just flying over Harbor Freight locations to see how business is doing.

Right. Or maybe espionage? All the overseas wars we've fought to protect other nations and we are too kind to our own threats. Our recognizance craft gets shot down in a heartbeat

Re: Spy Ballon

Has anyone noticed the balloon path looks like it's traveling the path from the tar sands in Canada and down the keystone pipeline path ? I think they're looking at future oil resrves !

Our country is so weak and it's administration is so in bed with china it's sickening

It's time to start adding testosterone into the bottled spring water supply , or we can just send some therapist over to chat with the Chinese to make sure their in a happy place ? . It should have been taken down when it approached Alaska .

Re: Spy Ballon

Doesn't the US have a 12 mile limit from our shores that extends into the sky? Why was it not taken down the minute it crossed the 12 mile limit when it was out at sea? After it was downed at sea it could have been investigated as to the real reason it was released to float over the US and then take appropriate action to alert the world of China's false claims. ANYONE who believes China and the weather balloon off course explanation is fooling themselves. The fact it passed over so many areas of the country that contain sensitive installations was not an accident. Since the US did not respond with a shoot down in this case will there be more "off course'' weather balloons in the future? It should NEVER have been allowed to pass over US soil, period.
