You would install it the same as a 4-link. Lower bars level or close to it at ride height, upper bar point down slightly towards the cab.

Here's some from when I was building it.

I capped the front of the rails where they transition into the stock frame.

Here you can see I cut two 1" holes on each side of the frame where another cross member will go.

Now the cross member in place, and the initial pressure test of 120 PSI. I let it sit for 3 days to see if it would leak down over time. It's all TIG welded, and I didn't find any leaks. Over 3 days it lost 2 PSI. I figure it was either in a fitting, the schraeder valve, the gauge, or a pinhole too small to detect. I later tested it to 200 PSI and let it sit for about 20 hours with no change in pressure.

Here's that cross member. I spaced the ports out so that the valves van be mounted to the frame.

And a last shot of it installed.
