custom10nut Registered User Join Date: Apr 2015 Location: East Tn (In the heart of the Smoky Mtns) Posts: 1,846	Rear axle measurement differences I have a 70 LWB C-10. How wide is the original axle on on my truck? I have a line on a rear axle from a 2000 Silverado, that has the the Disc Brake setup on it. Now, I know the Spring perches and Shock mounts need to be moved. I was wondering if anyone can tell me the width of this axle, and will it fit my truck? It sure would be nice to have the disc brakes on the rear.
