first winterstorm, results not so good

so their i was with my suitemates messing around in my roomates 93 mercury grand marque. we were wiping it around some because up north here its nothing but solid ice. so we we decided to drive up this little path in the wrong direction trying to get out of the park here in wahpeton. well their was a slight corner and we started to slow down, we were goin under 5 miles an hour,to go aroud it and we couldnt stop. BAMMMM!!! we ended up hitting a rock and driving up onto another rock. the whole front end of the car was off the ground. so we had a different suitemate pull us off of it and it was so slippery out we could push the big boat around with a slight push. it took about half hour to get him out. the only damage that we could see for now was that the radiator support was bend up and the radiator has a crack. yea so that ended out little hellraising for the night. anyone else have any other good stories.

Sounds like fun except for the rock. We got some freezing rain the other nite and there were a ton of cars and trucks that had slid off the road. No good sideways stories for me yet this winter.

Flew back into Chicago for thanksgiving, and got some snow on Friday. Took out my friends 93 full size blazer and had a little fun. Nothing crazy, but still a good time. Prolly the only time ill be able to do anything like that this year. But im fine with that.

For some reason, it hasn't snowed yet in Edmonton. (even after my post of the snowstorm in Southern Alberta in September. It was 19degrees (66F) here last week.

Re: first winterstorm, results not so good

Had some snow here in the Northwest of the UK, the first of the winter and very early for here, we usually only get a bit around jan/feb. They are forecasting that it could be the coldest winter in living memory here this year.

This picture was from when it first started this mornuing, we've got 2 or 3 inches now. Don't laught, it's a lot for u!
