Has anyone's recieved an e-mail with a Virus from me?
I had someone e-mail me to let me know that he thought that my computer has a virus. I have been recieving at least 2 e-mails a day that my McAfee virus scanner has cought. My McAfee automaticly comes on when I turn my computer on so it is always running. It has been verry effective at catching the virusses, but that doesn't mean that it is infoulible.
Please... If anyone has caught a virus from an e-mail with my address on it let me know. I am going to run another thourough virus scan to make sure that my computer isn't infected. By the way, I know longer send e-mails with attachments without notifying the person that I am e-mailing, that I am doing so and those are only picture files even then. i havent, but have from a few others, .scr and .txt and .exe files are no no to open in emails messages unless you know for 100% sure that they are not a virus and were meant ot be sent by the sender(someone you know)

I've had a few virus from possibly members of this board. All I can say is please buy a scanner, it will save a lot of pain and time.
